Return & Refund Policy
Custom & Print-on-Demand Items
Personalised and made-to-order items (including printed posters, mugs, flags, and banners) are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)). As these items are produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at wallcraic@gmail.com with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Other Items
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at wallcraic@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can only refund the cost of goods, not the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Please note: custom print-on-demand items are exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
